They have 24/7 coffee in the lobby! Free parking across the street. The breakfast is very nice and everything you would want. The room had everything you would want and maybe more . . . Like the TV and telephone in the bathroom. My room had been renovated and the bath was large with a separate glass shower and separate tub. Marble tile on floors and wall and granite/quartz countertop. I was pleased to see a wardrobe to hang my clothes, a desk, a separate “tea” table with two chairs and a nice balcony with sliding doors and a good view from the 9th floor. (I did get an upgraded room). I liked the authentic “retro” vintage decor in the lobby and dining room. It was like a hotel in the movies from the ‘50s with great soft music. Very pleasant.

Catherine at the reception desk was helpful in every way and was kind enough to speak in English with us. The Happy Hour was such fun; we met and enjoyed our welcome beverage with atheletes (university baseball team) who were also guests. The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve had yet in Japan! Especially the hot pot soup. The ladies overseeing the breakfast took pride in their work and were very attentive, making sure everything was replenished and tidy. Superb coffee; we missed strong black coffee from home and were pleased to find it here! Netflix available on large TV in our room was a plus. And, wonderful shower with good pressure and nice, very hot water! Catherine gave us a good view of the city too.

Shannon

Bathroom was large and well-equipped with a separate walk-in shower and sizeable bathtub. There was also a TV, which we didn’t use, but was interesting. Breakfast was quite nice, but mainly a Japanese-style offer.

Simon

Breakfast as well as a free drink (including alcohol) and snacks in the bar after 6pm we’re all included. The scrambled eggs that I had for breakfast were great!

Michele

Ventilation was good and the room was spacious.
